Was born in Poland in 1978. At the age of 2 he moved to Austria. His hometown is Vienna where he grew up, received his education and professional experience. He graduated business school, studied photography and visual communication design at the Graphische Bundes Lehr-und Versuchsanstalt Wien. For several years he worked in KunstHausWien, where he had the opportunity to meet and work with famous photographers such as Anne Leibovitz, David LaChapelle, Peter Lindbergh, Herb Ritss. For five years he assisted Andreas H. Bitesnich, one of the most famous austrian photographers, whose work was a great inspiration for him.

As a professional photographer Bilinski works since 2003. He specializes in nudes, fashion, beauty and advertising photography. Bilinski photographed for many european magazines such as: Matador, Playboy, ELLE, DIVA, WOMAN, Active Beauty, Wiener, Wienerin. He cooperated with companies: Schwarzkopf, L’Oreal, Scholz & Friends, Redworks, Ogilvy, Atlantic, Tchibo, Timotei, Braun and Universal Music.
Since March 2010 he was one of the photographers in Supermodels tv programm emitted by TVP1.
He likes to photograph a strong and charismatic women who inspires him.
His passions also include drawing, music, design and production of short film footage.
Actually based in Poland, where he is represented by MAKATA artist representation agency & photo production.
